My phone case broke despite less than a month of use and only by dropping it once from my desk.
Very poor quality!

Great company, this is my 3rd order from here in the last month and I have another on the way! Like to swap and change regular lol so I have a few! These cases are stunning and love the matching accessories, have the ring holders to match, they have all been delivered within 24 hours, I will continue to buy regularly and as they say you get what you pay for and the quality is amazing, don’t be out off buy the negative reviews as I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders

Magnetic card holder does not hold :( looks like the magnet is too weak or there is no magnet at all

I purchased this wearable case to reduce the frequency in which I drop the phone. Stylistically I love my Atelier Necklace case but on its first and only drop the outside casing cracked a pieces broke off. Sadly this case seems to offer very little protection for your phone in the event you lose your hold on it. A great idea, but it doesn't live up to expectations.

Worst custom service ever! The lady on the chat doesn’t even know how to talk on a chat with the customers. She lets you wait even without telling you so you think you write to nobody.
Also, the photos on their website is not the reality, don’t be fooled. I orderd a iphone case that wasn’t leather imitation because I totally hate leather imitation iphone cases and when I open my order: surpriseeeeee leather imitation case. On their website it’s not ever written this in the description.
Also, the lady proposed me to return the item (i need to pay for the return shipment) even it’s their fault!!!!!!

How can I know their products if they don’t write everthing in the description?
Also, Nudient iphone cases are 100000% more quality!!!!

I order two months ago and haven’t received nothing yet , far from that they don’t answer to my mails as I asked them a refund , rediciously bad customer service.

Purchase statement, starry nights I phone 11 case as a gift last Xmas.
My friend has only started using lately & the diamanté’s are coming out.
Very dissatisfied for the price of this cover.

I ordered the braided mini bag it was a gift for my girlfriend she sent me the link to buy it and when we received it we realised it was way smaller than the pictures! The major dissapointment though was that it was stated on their website that it ships between 3-5 business days and it took over 20 to receive it and when i complained all they offered is to pay the shipping! Since i was dissapointed with the product itself with the false advertisement made with the pictures i asked for a refund and i still have to pay shipping to return it what a dissapointement never buying from there again! (Sorry for bad english not my primary language)

Super bad company, don’t purchase here!
They sent me a faulty product, which was not quality tested, and when you try to contact them, they straight up do not answer. This is unacceptable for a Scandinavian company!

Bought a 13” computer bag, the size is so small that my PC at 13,3” just can fit in! When I look for my order number on their web as I thought there is a member log in as most other webs, and this function is not found! And I don’t have my order number as I have deleted my email, and look through their web there is no email address I can use to ask this information!

I wish I could give them zero stars! Horrible customer service. I have been trying to exchange a product and they don’t allow exchanges so I have been trying to return the item. They make returning an item so difficult and give you the run around and false information so you can’t complete a return. No returns are accepted after 14 days but they take days to respond and still don’t offer a solution. Horrible company that does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware!!

Ordered a protective glass from there. Came with a tiny little dent that made it impossible for the air (bubble) to disappear from all around it. Guy from support insisted it was dirt and I hadn't cleaned it properly - even having sent the picture. Money wasted.

Got 2 clutch phone cases 2 weeks ago. One of the case got some scratches in use so I send an email to the company n got response within 24 hours with a solution. The company was happy to send a replacement clutch of my choice within the same price range. Really pleased with their fast shipping, quick response and respect towards their customers. Highly Highly recommended.

Ordered the wrong cover by mistake. Ideal use a local AU warehouse to service customers but returns have to go to Sweden?

This means the customer pays much higher shipping costs and effectively a return is discouraged.

Also most of the service is bot based. Overall a lousy CX

This was the second time I bought their phone case as I like their designs. The print quality is good, but the logo plate shades away quite quickly and then looks quite poor. However, the amount of plastic used for the package is insane! Probably more than more the phone case itself! And this is the reason why I won’t buy this product again.
